At Cartify Online Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.


Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Cartify Online Ltd is not responsible for lost return parcels.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • Alternative item
  • Refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider or bank
  3. Allow additional processing time
